Orders will be packed and shipped in the order they are received. Delivery times will vary based on your location.
Local Pickup (DFW orders only)
Local pickup is available for customers within 15 miles of Prosper, Texas.
If you select local pickup at checkout:
You will receive an email when your order is ready
Pickup will be scheduled by appointment only
Pickup details and location will be provided after your order is ready
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your book.

Damaged Books
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Conditions for Damaged Items
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
Damage must have occurred during shipping
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Normal wear or minor cosmetic imperfections
Opened or used items
