Bakery-soft and loaded with white chocolate, Golden Oreos and real strawberry flavor in every bite, these cookies are the perfect strawberry season twist on classic cookies and cream. They are definitely the fruity cookies and cream upgrade we all need.
Gourmet Mommie Tip
Dough can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container. For easy baking, poriton dough before storing. Let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before baking.

Using a food processor or blender, process the dried strawberries into a fine powder. In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients and ground strawberries together and set aside.

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and coffee creamer. Beat until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

Fold in Golden Oreos and white chocolate chips. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet. Cover and chill for 20 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 2⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp white chocolate mocha coffee creamer
- 12 Golden Oreos (roughly chopped)
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 0.5 oz freeze dried strawberries (finely ground)
